RUN COACHING MEMBERSHIPS​

BUILD Membership:

For beginners and aimed at anyone wanting to run their first 5k/10k/half marathon/marathon and looking at starting a structured running plan. ​

GROW Membership:

For the more experienced runners looking to improve and better their current personal bests. A structured running with monthly 1-1 contact. Focus on distances ranging from 5k to Marathon.

ACCELERATE Membership:

For the experienced runner wanting to raise their performance levels to a high level and better their personal bests. A  structured running program with weekly 1-1 contact and monthly in-person meetings. Focus on distances ranging from 5k to Marathon.

SCOPO Performance Workshop

​

​Looking to improve your performance with advice from some of the best in the business, Then look no further!

Monthly Performance workshops/sessions for the competitive runner who is racing at regional/national level. Limited to 30 people (must be over the age of 16).

 

Join a delivered coaching session with expert advice designed to help you beat your best at your next X-Country race!

COMMUNITY RUN Meet-Up

​

Looking to join a local run group in the Newcastle upon Tyne area? Here is your answer! 

​

5km easy run every other Wednesday lead by GB International Athlete Calum Johnson. Come along to meet new friends, chat with and get to know other runners and enjoy that post-work release!

 Saturday Run Club

Are you a sub 17 minute 5k runner and fancy a change from parkrun and joining a hard-working motivated group of runners?

​

There’ll be limited spaces to a maximum of 20 runners. It will be free to come along and you would be welcome to come along to some weeks and not others. 

​

Saturday Morning Run Club

 

 NRP will run a weekly running session aimed at competitive runners (sub 17 minute 5k) looking to better their performance. The session will be lead by Calum but not coached. There is a commitment to attend at least one session per month for a period of 3 months and it is your choice as to what Saturday in the month it is in order to suit your needs!

 

The session is limited to a maximum of 20 runners on a first come first serve basis. This will be revisited on a quarterly basis (every 3 months) to allow people to leave and join.

 

Newcastle Run Performance Membership holders will get priority over non-members.
